Services and history

As a divorced mother raising six children, I learned something that would eventually shape my life’s work: moving on is one thing. Giving yourself permission to move forward is another. Today, four of my children have gone through university, I’ve published six books with another on the way.

For years, I coached women through divorce and separation, helping them grow and glow, to stop lingering in grief, heal emotionally, and rediscover themselves. But I began noticing a pattern. Even after the emotional healing was done, many women were still stuck. The pain was no longer running their lives, but neither was purpose. They would ask: “What now? What do I want? And why can’t I make myself go after it?”

Permission, Purpose Coaching

That question changed the direction of my work. I realized that sometimes people don’t need more healing, more self-improvement, or more time spent fixing themselves. They need permission to act. They need to understand what is quietly keeping them from following through on what they already know they want.

Today, through my coaching, books, and Behavior MRI, I help people uncover those hidden patterns and use them to their advantage, so they can stop postponing what matters, step into their purpose, and finally show up for their dreams with the same commitment they’ve spent years showing up for everyone else.
